Where GMTP helps establish contact with a healthcare professional or institution, those professionals and institutions act independently and remain responsible for their own professional assessments, advice, services and clinical decisions.

GMTP does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment, outcome, appointment availability or medical result.

4. Practical coordination

GMTP may assist with practical and communication matters such as identifying an appropriate point of contact, facilitating initial communication, accommodation, transportation, translation, local orientation and related arrangements. The availability, price and terms of third-party services remain subject to the relevant third party.

5. Emergencies

This website must not be used for urgent or emergency medical situations. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately. In Greece and throughout the European Union, the general emergency number is 112.
